Booking one of our private areas or the full venue means you can either play your own music or arrange a DJ.

How do wine cards work for my event?
If you'd like for your guests to have the opportunity to use the wine machines, you can set up cards to use at the machines. You just need to let us know how many cards you'd like and how much money you'd like each of them to be topped up with. Your minimum spend can be used towards this. If you don't use all of your minimum spend to pre-order food and drinks ahead of your event, you can always top the cards up at the till on the day with more money from the minimum spend (or additional card payment if the minimum spend has been fully allocated)
We generally recommend sharing 1 card for every 5-10 guests. This is because:
1) Each wine machine only has one card slot per 10 wines.
2) You'll never have everyone wanting to get wines at the same time as eachother.
3) As the money runs down on the cards, you can be left with very small amounts of money on each card.
These can be merged at the till, but on a busy evening, it would detract from your guests' experience, potentially having to wait around for this. Less cards with more money on each, means this happens a lot less.
If you're exclusively hiring one of our venues, we suggest having a card 'live' in each machine for the duration of your event, allowing your guests to freely access all of the wines at the machines.
Do you provide AV equipment for my event?
We can source AV for your event or you are welcome to bring in your own supplier.
Can I bring a cake & decorate the space for my party?
For group and event bookings you can bring a cake and the events team can advise on each venue re decorating.
Do you offer traditional 3 course dinners?
No. All of our food is designed to be shared. For larger events in particular, our food is designed to be enjoyed standing up. We have canapés and sharing style platters available, so you never have to put down that glass of wine!
